Improving Performance and Productivity at the top of HR Priorities in Sep 07 Qtr
Businesses were asked to prioritise their HR priorities for the next 12
months. The following tables collate the weighted result of priorities
in order of 1 being the highest priority in HR initiatives for the year
ahead.
The
business sector, which includes businesses with less than 200 staff,
has placed developing staff capabilities as their number one priority
in human resources management for the coming year. In addition these
businesses have placed retaining staff and managing issues and
industrial relations issues as their second priority with equal
importance.
